Two seminars at INRIA

During my little French tour, I had the pleasure to visit the city of Grenoble, and present two seminars on the Grenoble campus. I was hosted by Prof Florence Forbes who made my stay very enjoyable!

First talk: broad introduction (biologist friendly) to the different methods for exploratory data analysis and data integration. [Slides]

Second talk: more details on the algorithmic aspects of Projection to Latent Structure models, and the steps needed to develop computational methods in the omics field. [Slides]
